“Within the online meeting, students prepared presentations on Russian and Japanese culture, food, sights of Krasnoyarsk and Aichi, university, entertainment. We intended to hold an online event for students of both universities, while face-to-face meetings aren’t possible. Such events increase interest in other cultures and give students the opportunity to communicate in the language they are learning,” said Irina Shkurina, director of SibFU Japanese centre.
Siberian Federal University and Aichi Prefectural University have signed an agreement on cooperation and academic mobility. The School plans to hold such events once a semester.
