Six AMU students selected as Junior Mining Geologists

 

ALIGARH  : Six students from the Department of Geology, Aligarh Muslim University have been selected to the post of Junior Mining Geologist in the Indian Bureau of Mines, Ministry of Mines, Government of India after they qualified the concerned examination conducted by the Union Public Service Commission.

Prof Kunwar Farahim Khan, Chairman of the department, said that the successful students and their ranks are Abdul Samad Khan (AIR 05), Masood Alam (AIR 10), RajiullahKhan (AIR 19), Mohammad Zaid (AIR 25), Avez Alam (AIR 26) and Jyoti Mathur (AIR 32).
