Sketch competition organized to celebrate Chandrayan-3 Utsav

ALIGARH  : The Department of Linguistics, Aligarh Muslim University organized a Sketch competition and the “Chandrayaan-3 Maha Quiz” to celebrate the Chandrayaan-3 Utsav themed as “Moon is not far away”.

Soumya Abedi secured the first prize while the second prize went to Juveria Alam and the third prize to Uzma Afreen. The fourth prize was shared by Ahmad Siddiqui and Nabeela Rehman while the fifth prize was given to Saima Amin.

Prof M.J. Warsi, Chairman of the department, highlighted India’s success story in its recent expedition to Moon.

Dr Nazrin B. Laskar was the convener of the programme.
