SKKU: From November 1st, classes with fewer than 40 students will be held offline

Sungkyunkwan University (President Dong-Ryeol Shin) announces that classes with fewer than 40 students will be held online from November 1st (Mon) if the instructor and all students agree with the implementation of offline classes. If some students disagree with the implementation of offline classes, the class will be conducted online and offline.

For the classes with more than 40 students, classes can be conducted online and offline under the condition that the number of students participating in offline classes is kept below 40.

This measure of expanding offline classes is in accordance with the government’s “living with COVID-19” strategy. Sungkyunkwan University has taken measures to allow instructors and students to choose how to operate the class with sufficient consultation between instructors and students in order to minimize any confusion during transition period.

Sungkyunkwan University has conducted offline classes for experiments, practices, and small classes with less than 10 students since October 5th (Tue).
