SKKU: Received 6 awards by Samsung Humantech Paper Award and Selected as the most award-winning department per professor

Sungkyunkwan University (President Dong-Ryeol Shin) is pleased to announce that it received 6 awards in the 28th Samsung Humantech Paper Award and the Department of Energy Science was selected as the ‘most award-winning department per professor’.

Byung-Hoon Cho (Dept. of Energy Science, Supervisor: Prof. Younghee Lee) received a silver prize in the Material Science & Engineering sector, Sol Shin (Dept. of Health Sciences and Technology, Supervisor: Prof. Jae-Hyung Park, Co-author Chan-ho Kim, Jung-Jin Lee, and Jeong-Yoon Kim) received a silver prize in Bio Engineering & Life Science and Jae-Hyun Hwang (Dept. of Integrative Biotechnology, Supervisor: Prof. Dae-Hyuk Kwon, Co-author: Kyung-Won Kim, Jung-Hyun Yoon, Won-Beom Park) received a participation prize.

Young-Hoon Kim (Dept. of Energy Science, Supervisor: Prof. Young-Min Kim, Co-author: Sang-Hyuk Yang) received a bronze prize and Joo-Hwan Shin (School of Chemical Engineering, Supervisor: Tae-Il Kim, Co-author: Young-Kyu Lee, Jung-Hoon Hyun, Su-Young Kim) received a participation prize in Basic Science sector. Mi-Jin Ahn (Dept. of Computer Science and Engineering, Supervisor: Prof. Sang-Won Lee) received a bronze prize in Computer Science & Engineering sector.



SKKU’s Department of Energy Science has produced awardees of Samgsung Humantech Paper Award for 6 years in a row and received a special award for being the ‘most award-winning department per professor’.
