SKKU: SKKU School of Medicine ranks 46 in the THE Rankings 2022 (2nd in Korea)

The Times Higher Education (THE) has published a ranking of the best medical schools 2022. Seoul National University ranked 37th (1st in Korea) and Sungkyunkwan University ranked 46th (2nd in Korea).



This year, 24 Korean universities were on the rankings and the TOP 5 among Korean universities are as follows: Seoul National University, Sungkyunkwan University, Yeonsei University, Korea University, and Kyunghee University.



The Times Higher Education (World University Rankings 2022 by subject: clinical, pre-clinical and health) is a British university evaluation agency and it publishes the world university ranking annually. It evaluates the five sections; 1) Teaching: the learning environment 27.5%, 2) Research: volume, income and reputation 27.5% 3) Citation: research influence 35% 4) International outlook: staff, students and research 7.5% 5) Industry income: innovation 2.5%.
