Slogan, quote contests at Dept of Psychiatry

Aligarh : Resident Doctor, Akanksha won the slogan, quote and views writing competition to observe the ‘World Suicide Prevention Day’ during ‘Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav’ at the Department of Psychiatry, Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College (JNMC), Aligarh Muslim University (AMU).

Ph.D student of Clinical Psychology, Hamza stood second; while Resident Doctor, Mohd Ahsan finished third in the competition.

“The results were approved by Dr Adarsh Tripathi, Additional Professor and General Secretary, IPS UP Branch, Department of Psychiatry, KGMU Lucknow”, said Prof S A Azmi, Chairman, Department of Department of Psychiatry, JNMC.

In another quotes and slogan competition during the ‘Swachhta Pakhwada’ observation at the Department of Psychiatry, Maria Madiha (Ph.D student) bagged the first prize, while Dr Akanksha (Junior Resident) and Dr Faisal Shaan (Senior Resident) finished second and third respectively. Mr Salman Khaleel (Provost, Aftab Hall) judged the competition.
