Smart care place search for Bremen: Students present ideas

New Delhi: So far there is no digital system that shows the citizens of the state of Bremen free care places. This is exactly what students at the University of Bremen thought about. They will present their results in a public video conference on December 2, 2020 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
As part of the module project “Digital Innovation Projects” by Dr . Denis Pijetlovic and Dr . Martin Holi from the Department of Economics, students have developed a chatbot in cooperation with the Techniker Krankenkasse and Botario platform from JUST ADD AI GmbH to optimize the search for a care place. Another student project with Professor Ansgar Gerhardus from the human and health sciences department includes the theoretical conception of an online platform that enables a targeted search for a vacant nursing home place and offers a waiting list option. In a public online-Videoconference with the title “Smart Care Place Search for the State of Bremen”, the students will present their projects on Wednesday, December 2, 2020, from 10 a.m. to 12 noon, in order to enter into the discourse with all interested parties. Among other things, Bremen is a former mayor Dr . Henning Scherf will take part in the event and speak a greeting.
