Smiling Tree Partners with Modern School, Delhi, to Celebrate India’s Remarkable Medal Haul at Asian Games 2023
In a heartwarming display of unity and environmental consciousness, Smiling Tree and Modern School, Barakhamba Road, Delhi, have come together to commemorate India’s extraordinary achievement at the Asian Games 2023. Indian athletes performed brilliantly to win 107 medals. To express the nation’s profound gratitude for these remarkable sport persons, 107 saplings were lovingly planted on the school campus on 25th October, 2023, symbolizing the collective acknowledgment of their incredible feats on the global stage.
The collaboration between Modern School and Smiling Tree serves as an embodiment of environmental and communal responsibility. Dr. Vijay Datta, Principal of Modern School, celebrated his birthday by planting an Ashok tree, symbolizing pride and prosperity, on the school grounds. It is undoubtedly a perfect way chosen by Dr Datta to pay back to mother Earth and community.
Dr. Mukesh Kwatra, founder of Smiling Tree, expressed his immense joy in partnering with Modern School to celebrate India’s exceptional performance at the Asian Games 2023.
