SPbPU Advances in Interfax 2024 National University Rankings

Interfax Group presented the 15th annual national university ranking for 2024. According to the results of the ranking, SPbPU was ranked 13-14th, sharing a place with Tomsk Polytechnic University.

The final indicator is based on the assessment of university performance in six parameters: education, research, social environment, cooperation, innovation and entrepreneurship, brand.

St. Petersburg Polytechnic University has noticeably improved its positions in the «research» sub-ranking, as well as in the «socialization» sub-ranking. The university retains its leading positions in the «brand» category as well.

Polytechnic University is undergoing a transformation process focused on interdisciplinary research, development of advanced technologies and innovations, active cooperation with major industrial and regional partners and practice-oriented education. Undoubtedly, our strategy is reflected in the results of this ranking, commented Andrei Rudskoi, Rector of SPbPU.

The experts evaluated the activities of 378 universities in Russia. The assessment was based on the processing of questionnaires submitted by universities, available public data, as well as information from information and analytical systems.
