SPbPU Secures Eighth Position in Forbes’ Ranking of Top Universities in Russia

Forbes magazine presented a ranking of the 100 best universities in Russia, according to which Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University took the eighth place, which is six positions higher than in the previous issue of the magazine.

The ranking compilers used the data of monitoring the activities of educational organizations, the results of a survey of the best employers in Russia and information from open sources. The universities were evaluated according to five metrics: quality of networking, reputation among employers, quality of teaching, international reputation, Forbes factor (if there are members of the Russian Forbes list and winners of the «30 under 30» ranking in 2024) among the university graduates).

«The eighth place in this ranking is a recognition of the high quality of education we provide to students. We will continue to work in the same way to ensure that our students receive the best training and career opportunities, and are a priority for most employers,» Rector Andrei Rudskoi commented.
