St. George’s University (SGU), Grenada, in the Caribbean, in collaboration with Northumbria University, Newcastle, UK, announces the renewal of a ten-year partnership that has welcomed more than 2,000 medical students to Newcastle since commencing in 2007.
The partnership provides the opportunity for students to earn a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree and complete up to three years in Newcastle-upon-Tyne, UK. Entry points are available for students from any education system worldwide, including a four-year MD Program and five- and six-year Medical Degree Pathways.
“The relationship between SGU and Northumbria is now in its 16th year. In addition to the Northumbria partnership, SGU, in association with the Ramaiah Group of Institutions in India, offers Indian high school graduates the opportunity to start a 5-Year Medical Degree Pathway in India before moving to either the UK or Grenada.
The MD program and Medical Degree Pathways open doors for students to have a medical career on an international scale. SGU is still accepting applications for its fall intake.
