Bachelors of the specialization “Historical and Cultural Tourism”, which has existed for almost 20 years at the Department of National History of the Institute of History, Political and Social Sciences, passed the exam on the history of Russia as part of the state final certification.
The exam was taken by an authoritative commission, which, in addition to the teachers of the department, included the director of the National Archives of the Republic of Karelia A.N. Morozov, Deputy Head of the Tourism Department of the Republic of Karelia O.V. Lukina and senior researcher of the Sector of History of the Institute of Language, Literature and History of the Karelian Scientific Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Cand. ist. Sciences E.Yu. Dubrovskaya.
According to the results of the exam, O.V. Lukina expressed their opinion about the high level of training of bachelors and urged them to link their fate with the tourism industry. One of the students immediately responded to this call and immediately received a referral to work in the summer in one of the leading travel agencies in Petrozavodsk.
