Students only from Madhya Pradesh will be taken in government services

Bhopal : Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan has told to pace up implementation of schemes launched for public welfare. All efforts should be made to implement those schemes which were not implemented seriously last year along with the announcements of extensive public interest made on Independence Day 2020 and the roadmap for Atmanirbhar Madhya Pradesh and its implementation. Foundation laying and dedication caremony for various works should be conducted manually but technically in places affected by Corona. Ministers will take part in these programmes while adhering to social distancing and other precautions. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that he himself will attend the dedication programmes. These events will be held as soon as conditions turn normal in terms of control over Corona. On this occasion, Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that only students of the state will be absorbed in government services in Madhya Pradesh. Necessary statutory provisions will be made for this.

In a discussion with Ministers, Chief Secretaries, Additional Chief Secretaries of Departments, Principal Secretaries etc. through a video conference today, Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that maximum efforts should be made for a prosperous Madhya Pradesh. Maximum efforts should be made. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that the departments must play an active role and best results should be obtained in various fields. The Group of Ministers should submit their report by August 25 for the roadmap for Atmanirbhar Bharat.

Chief Minister Shri Chouhan instructed to undertake programmes under the food distribution campaign through ministers from September 1. He said that all preparations should be made for this. Collectors are also being instructed through video conference this week.

Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that funds were provided in the interest of various sections during Corona period. Once economic activities begin, they should be paced up and implementation of the welfare package for the poor should be accelerated. With the resolve to make local a vocal, Madhya Pradesh aims to achieve the goal of sustainable development through various resources. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan gave detailed instructions to the ministers and officials regarding major announcements made during the Independence Day address. This includes assistance to the families of martyrs, benefits to all consumers under Food Safety Mission from September 1, ensure employment works given under MNREGA, implementation of Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Yojana in 24 districts, providing street vendors with working capital for smoothly running 35 types of small businesses, Sambal Yojana, providing loans to farmers at zero percent interest, execution of amendment provisions in Mandi Act, increase income of farmers under Prime Minister Agricultural Infrastructure Fund, expansion of irrigation facilities, starting food processing units, increase fisheries fishermen’s income, preparation of credit cards of milk producers, empowering women self-help groups, providing benefits to beneficiaries under Pradhan Mantri Matru Vandan Yojana, grant of forest rights pattas to Scheduled Tribes, freeing tribals from loans taken from unlicensed moneylenders in 89 tribal dominated development blocks of the state, welfare of Baiga, Sahariya, Bharia tribe, development of Nomads, Semi-nomad tribes, backward class welfare and implementation of schemes in the interest of general category, to ensure more than one crore tap connections by 2023 under Rashtriya Jaljivan Mission, providing laptops to meritorious students, solar power development in the state, development of Atal (Chambal) Progress-way and Narmada Expressway, promotion of readymade textile industry, establishment of small and micro industrial units, and implementation of “Start Your Business in Thirty Days’ for new industries.

Chief Minister Shri Chouhan also issued directions to complete necessary procedures in connection with the development of Global Skill Park. Along with this, Chief Minister Shri Chouhan directed to develop theme based circuits under tourism development. Instructions were given regarding Amarkantak Circuit, Ramayana Circuit, Tirthankar Circuit, Narmada Parikrama, Diamond Tour, Sari Making Tour and Development of Ram Van Gaman Path from Chitrakoot to Amarkantak and Buffer me Safar Yojana. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan also gave detailed instructions regarding mining of minor minerals through eco-friendly modern system and value addition strategy, laying a network of cottage industries, upgradation of 10 divisional ITIs, creation of single citizen database, conducting other programmes of Alpaviram of Anand Department, providing ownership rights of residential plots by preparing land records for rural population of the district and strengthening law and order system of the state. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that strict steps should be taken against habitual criminals, criminals engaged in drugs and chit fund and any kind of mafia. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan also directed to take action related to employee welfare, financial management, Beti Bachao Abhiyan and provision of separate hospital in the capital for police personnel.
