Students showcase their talent in Inter college competition “SRIJAN”
Gurugram: KIIT College of Education organized the Virtual Annual Inter College Competition Srijan 2021. The theme of the competition was “Heritage Education”. The purpose of the theme Heritage Education is to connect students with the Indian tradition of education. Heritage-related activities and competitions were organized. KIIT College Registrar Neelima Kamrah, Chairman BR Kamrah, and other faculty members were also present on the occasion.
In Competition SOS J.N Kaul Institute of Education, Bhimtal, Vaish Arya Shikshan Mahila Mahavidyalaya Bhadurgarh, Oxford College of Education, Gurugram, KIIT College of Education, Gurugram, Delhi Institution of Rural Development, Amity University Sector 125 Noida Uttar Pradesh, Bhartiyam College Of Education, Faridabad, Laxmi College of Education, Kasan, Bhavan’s Lelavati Munshi College Of Education K.G Marg New Delhi and CPSM Gurugram participated.
Indira Sarkar of SOS JN Kaul Institute of Education, Bhimtal won the first prize in Pedagogy Competition. Kashish Chauhan of KIIT College of Education, Gurugram received the first prize in PowerPoint Competition. Kajal Yadav of KIIT College of Education, Gurugram received the first prize in Collage Making Competition. Geetika of Delhi Institute of Rural Development received the first prize at the Poem Recitation Competition. In Hues of Mind: Story Telling Competitions Nisha Jain of KIIT College Of Education, Gurugram got the First Prize.
KIIT College Registrar Neelima Kamrah said that such competition gives students to learn something new along with studies. All students performed well on the theme of Heritage Education.
The purpose of organizing Srijan every year is to develop creativity among students and showcase their creativity and ideas. We have also added Digital Heritage to the categories of Heritage Education in which students can show their digital skills.
