Supreme Court lawyer to speak on Marital Rape

Aligarh: Eminent lawyer of the Supreme Court, Mr Mrinal Srivastava will deliver an online talk on Marital Rape: Legal Issues and Debates’ on February 4 at 10:30 am.

According to Prof Azra Musavi (Director, Centre for Women’s Studies), the talk is being organised on a topic that spells out new contours of gender studies. The topic has produced a new academic debate that evokes wide interest.
