Swachhta Pakhwada programme continues at AMU

ALIGARH : The Department of Botany, Aligarh Muslim University organized a cleaning programme under the campaign ‘Swachhata Hi Seva Hai’, with the participation of more than 50 faculty members, staff and students in the drive.

Launching the cleaning drive, the Chairman of the Department, Prof. M. Badruzzaman Siddiqui emphasised that regular cleaning of our surrounding is necessary for a healthy atmosphere, which helps in keeping the living area free from microbes and other disease-causing agents.

Prof. Anwar Shahzad helped organise the campaign.
