Swiss Learning’s interactive showcase attracts large participation from students and parents of Mumbai

Mumbai : Celebrating the theme ‘Discover the World of Swiss Education’, Swiss Learning successfully concluded their concerted showcase of global learning on 3rd February 2023 at The St. Regis Mumbai. Graced by various dignitaries from Switzerland, including the Consulate General and the Founder & Director of Swiss Learning, the event witnessed a large footfall of students aged 12 to 17 along with their families. 

 

Mr. Christophe Clivaz, Founder & Director at Swiss Learning shares his thoughts on the event. He said, “Switzerland has emerged as a prime location for research, education, and innovation. Students traveling to Switzerland are also exposed to a variety of a-graded programs in different languages. Every year, we see 50-100 Indian students travelling to Switzerland in pursuit of the country’s education excellence and world-class boarding facilities.” 

 

The showcase began with a Leadership Masterclass hosted by Mr. Stuart Alan White, Principal, Collège Alpin Beau Soleil. The interactive networking that followed, explored the virtues of time management, emotional intelligence, decision making, problem solving, and creativity. Alumni from 2 Swiss boarding schools, namely Aiglon College and Institut Le Rosey, hosted a panel discussion with Mr. Clivaz and discussed how a Swiss education has made a lasting impact on their lives, both personally and professionally. 

The event hosted in partnership with Zista Events, witnessed participation from some of the most elite boarding and hospitality schools of Switzerland, as listed below:

Entertaining a footfall of 100+ participants at the event, Mr. Christophe Clivaz added, “We are grateful to Zista Events for helping us bridge the gap between these Indian students and families, and the Swiss institutes. We look forward to hosting these students for our Summer and Winter Camps in Switzerland.” 

 

In addition to the masterclasses and panel discussions, the hosts presented the Swiss Learning Excellence Award to Mr. Pratiek Kapoor and Mr. Raunaq Kapoor from Kapoor Watch Co. for the company’s long-standing association with Swiss brands. The family-owned retail business of India has shown incredible support in promoting Swiss Watches and strengthening the bonds between the two countries.  

 

Furthermore, Ms. Siona Bahl won a free summer camp at Institut Montana Zugerberg, Switzerland. The prize was awarded by Mr. Maier, Consulate General of Switzerland in Mumbai, Mr. Clivaz, Founder & Director of Swiss Learning, Mr. Stuart White, Principal, Collège Alpin Beau Soleil and Ms. Velia Tricoli, Head of External Relations, Institut Montana Zugerberg.
