T. A. Pai Management Institute (TAPMI) held its 31st annual convocation ceremony

Mumbai: T. A. Pai Management Institute (TAPMI) held its 31st annual convocation ceremony of PGDM, PGDM – BKFS and PGDM HCM batches of 2015-17 at KMC Greens, Manipal on April 2nd. The chief guest of the ceremony was Mr. Ashish Kumar Chauhan, Managing Director & CEO, Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), Mumbai.

The traditional band led distinguished faculty and TAPMI Governing Council members in a procession, followed by formal opening declaration by Dr. H. S. Ballal, Pro-chancellor, Manipal University and member of Governing council and Trustee of TAPMI. Mr. Rajen Padukone, Governing Council member, TAPMI welcomed the gathering. Prof. Gururaj Kidiyoor, Director Incharge read the annual report and shared the achievements during the year 2016-17.

PG Diplomas were awarded to 441 graduating students, followed by awarding meritorious students, Titan of the year award was given to Ms. Amrita Dubey, in recognition of all round excellence.

students to be grateful, humble, curious, courageous and sincere. He encouraged students to be of service to your family, to society and country and to enjoy what you do.
He concluded by saying “You are important to your family and society. Your success is important to India’s success wherever you are”

The convocation concluded with the vote of thanks proposed by Dr. Jayanthi Thanigan, Associate Dean, Academics followed by the declaration of the event closed by Dr. H S Ballal.
