Taking another step towards the future, IIHMR University today laid the foundation stone of the new building

Jaipur: IIHMR University, India’s leading health management university, laid the foundation stone to build a new library and world-class auditorium in the IIHMR premises, taking another step towards the development of academic infrastructure.

Dr. Ashok Aggarwal, along with Mr. Hemant Kaul, Member, Board of Management, IIHMR University, laid the foundation stone for the new central library and the world-class auditorium. Later, Dr. Agarwal, along with his wife, Mrs. Manisha Agarwal and son Ayan Aggarwal, performed the Bhoomi Pujan for the new building.

While congratulating all the students, dignitaries, and employees of the IIHMR family, Dr. Ashok Aggarwal said, “It is a matter of great pride for us and a new step forward towards the future which was needed for the last few years. It will always be our endeavour to make the available renowned journals and other materials related to the syllabus of the students of IIHMR in the new library. Considering many workshops, seminars, and conferences organized on the premises, this new hi-tech auditorium of IIHMR shall provide an impetus to making it a success.

‘The new central library and world-class auditorium under construction will have a total built-up area of 3310.30 square meters. The auditorium is being constructed with state-of-the-art digital equipment with a seating capacity of 550 people.

On this occasion, Mr. Hemant Kaul, Member, Board of Management, IIHMR University with his wife were present as the Chief Guest. Dr.SD. Gupta, Chairman, IIHMR University, Dr. P.R. Sodani, Pro-President and Dean, IIHMR University, and other distinguished officers and employees of the university were present.
