Tata Steel Table Tennis Team wins Tata Inter Company Championship
Jamshedpur: Tata Steel Table Tennis team won the prestigious Tata Inter Company Table Tennis Championship 2019-20 organized by Tata Sports Club. The championship was held at Chembur, Mumbai on December 20-21, 2019.
Total 16 Company teams participated in the Championship. In the semifinals following four teams qualified- Tata Steel, TCS, Tata Power and Titan. In the finals, Tata Steel defeated TCS 3-1.
Team Members of Tata Steel included Mr Pravesh Narang, Mr Dinesh Rakshit, Mr Mayank Thakur and Mr Rajiv Dutta. Mr SK Singh officiated as Coach while Mr. Bikash Dash was Manager.
Tata Steel Sports Department has congratulated the team for winning the championship.
