Tata Studi and Directorate of School Education, Jammu come together to commemorate the Principal Leadership Program (PLP)

New Delhi: Tata Studi and Tata StudiLive, India’s ultimate e-learning application and live tutoring platform, from the stable of TATA ClassEdge in collaboration with Directorate of School Education, Jammu, hosted the Principal Leadership Program (PLP) for school principals on 17thAugust 2022. The initiative was supported by the Government of Jammu and Kashmir.

The event was witnessed by over 300 school principals who participated in the event. This is the largest participation for a Principal Leadership Program witnessed by Tata Studi. Over 50,000 students will be benefited through this program.

The event hosted and addressed by Sanjay Radhakrishnan, Chief – Strategy & Business Excellence, Tata ClassEdge aimed to enhance the leadership competency skills of school Principals with focus on key elements such as Changing Education Landscape, Emerging rules and styles of Leadership, Understanding Me, Digital Leadership and Innovation and Leadership response in the context of Indian Schools.

Speaking at the event, Dr Ravi Shankar Sharma, Director, School Education Jammu said, “Tata Studi and Tata StudiLive are changing the game in the ever evolving EdTech sector. These apps have been designed meticulously to focus on the overall growth of a child, bearing in mind the finer nuances that will help students learn their concepts scientifically and score well in their exams.
