6th Investiture Ceremony of the Telangana Chamber of Events Industry held
Hyderabad : A new Executive Committee was installed at the 6th Investiture Ceremony of Telangana Chamber of Events Industry (TCEI), at a glittering ceremony attended by members of the TCEI at the Dr MCR HRD Institute of Telangana, today. Guests of Honour Mr Rosi Reddy, IRS (Retd.), Election Officer, TCEI; Mr Ashok Ramkumar, Designated Senior Counsel, High Court of Telangana, Chief Election Officer, TCEI; Ms Vishala Reddy Vuyyala, Startup Entrepreneur, Election Officer, TCEI; Mr Surat Singh Malhotra, Founder President TCEI and His Excellency Counsel General Lesotho; graced the occasion.
Speaking on the occasion Mr Rosi Reddy said, the future of the event industry is exceedingly promising. I foresee it surpassing even the tourism industry in terms of foreign exchange earnings in the coming years. India boasts some of the most beautiful monuments and historical sites in the world. If the event industry can effectively leverage these locations and promote them as prime destinations for people to celebrate their special and memorable occasions, event industry has the potential to rapidly grow into a $1 trillion industry. To elevate India’s event industry to new heights, it is crucial to educate and train event managers to provide exceptional value for money to their patrons. By achieving this, India will become an attractive destination for foreigners looking to celebrate their special occasions.
Mr Ashok Ramkumar said, the event industry here has continually raised the bar of excellence. The recent events organized by TCEI showcased remarkable calibre, high standards, quality, and professionalism. The entire industry came together in unison to rise to the occasion. Notably, the recent election saw 100% polling—an extraordinary feat for any industry association. The camaraderie between those who won and those who didn’t was commendable, as they all celebrated the industry’s success together at the end of the day. Unity helps us navigate the toughest challenges, and working as a team provides immense strength.
Ms Vishala Reddy Vuyyala said, giving is the fundamental quality of TCEI and its members, and this spirit of generosity is evident among all of you. You go out of your way to help each other in times of need, putting aside competition. This quality has deeply inspired me, and the skills and knowledge I possess are my contributions to the event industry. The next decade is poised to be India’s decade, with global leaders like Elon Musk predicting remarkable growth due to the abundant opportunities ahead. The event industry can play a pivotal role in this growth, as it brings people together, fosters partnerships, spurs business growth, promotes cultural flourishing, and lays the foundation for social development. In this way, the event industry is a vital component of India’s growth story. The recent TCEI election was the most transparent and flawless process, and my heartfelt congratulations go out to all the newly elected EC members. Let us work together to grow this industry and achieve new heights.

From A Humble beginning in 2014 with 4 Like Minded friends who envisioned to seed an association which could weave the Event Tribe Together, TCEI – Telangana Chamber of Events Industry today is being referred as Largest Regional Event Management Industry Association in the Country.

The IP Events of TCEI have surpassed the expectations year on year & have indeed raised the Bar of Event Management Association Events across INDIA.
