TCS hires AMU students
Aligarh: Twelve Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) students have been hired by the multinational, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) in a placement drive of the Training and Placement Office-General and Training and Placement Office of the Department of Computer Science.
“Out of the seven selected students, seven are pursuing Masters in Computer Applications, four are in the B.Tech courses and one of them is an M. Tech student”, said Dr Mohammad Nadeem (Training and Placement Officer, Department of Computer Science) and Mr Saad Hammed (Training and Placement Officer- General).
Prof Aasim Zafar (Chairperson, Department of Computer Science) said that the students were hired after rigorous interviews.
He added that the efforts of Training and Placement Officers are yielding the desired results.
