TDV inks MOU with Cultinno for R&D and Skill Development Programs

The Design Village has joined hands with Cultinno for a two-year Exchange Partnership to enhance Research and Development projects and Skills Development Programs. MOU aims to accelerate the crowdsourcing of R&D and provide access to affordable and smarter future-ready solutions. The mission of the organization is to create an innovation ecosystem to foster an inspired community wherein everyone can explore opportunities, technologies, and their convergence to solve specific problems.

 

Under the MOU, academic members focus on broadening the goals of the partnership to enhance cooperation between The Design Village and Cultinno to jointly execute Research and Development projects and Skills Development Programs by creating a long-term mutually rewarding association.

 

The partnership of these two organizations recognizes the expertise of the Village in imparting teaching and training for competency building to match the industrial requirement of innovators. Cultinno wishes to enhance and supplement the efforts of the Village in meeting the national mission of developing an innovation ecosystem to meet industrial requirements.

The Village will fully support Cultinno in training innovators on the use of the equipment available at The Design FabLab. It will also help in providing space for the conduct of the co-branded certificate program on ‘Innovative Entrepreneurship’ classes. Further, spreading information regarding the certificate course and the Cultinno innovation programs across the college networks.

The goals of the MoU will be to achieve access and a curriculum for a credited course on ‘Innovative Entrepreneurship. This course will be jointly facilitated and offered to students of the Village with certification and students completing this course will pre-qualify for access to the Cultinno lab network.
