Teachmint records 200% increase in daily LIVE classes in Delhi NCR

New Delhi : Teachmint, an education infrastructure startup and creator of the largest global teaching-exclusive platform, has witnessed a 200% increase in the number of Live classes taking place on its platform in January 2021 in Delhi NCR region. The company has also experienced a 150% increase in teacher signups on its platform in the last 30 days from the region, a reflection of the growing adoption of tech tools by teachers to deliver uninterrupted education to their students.

Teachmint’s flagship product is a mobile-first, free teaching platform built exclusively to help teachers digitise their classrooms. The platform helps teachers conduct live classes, record and store lectures as well as automate classroom operations like attendance, assessment sharing, test creation and grading among others, to ensure maximum efficiency. Since launching in May 2020, the platform has seen adoption from over 20 Lakh teachers from 30+ countries.

In addition to a rise in Live classes, Teachmint also saw a whopping 225% increase in the number of automated tests created on its platform in the region, reflecting a growing need for the automation of classroom functions for teachers. Maths, Science and English remained as some of the major subjects contributing to 65% of the teaching hours.
