Techno India Group Hosts Leadership Summit For Students
Kolkata : Techno India Group, the largest private education group in Eastern India, today, hosted Leadership Summit, 2022. The pandemic has brought a new normal of breeding new leadership attributes to beat Covid-19 corporate blues which include trust commitment, responsibility, flexibility, clarity of communication and more. The Leadership styles of past and immediate past have also changed. The Leadership Summit focused to bring about the recent trends and aspects of Leadership for the students. The School of Management-Techno India University, West Bengal organized the Summit.
The Leadership Summit consisted of technical sessions by Shri Gautam Mohan Chakrabarti, IPS, Former Commissioner of Police, Kolkata & Senior Vice President, Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd., Dr Rupali Basu Managing Director & CEO of Woodlands Multispecialty Hospital and Mr Sandipan Chakravortty, Director, Tata Steel Downstream Products Limited. The Honorable Chief Guest to the programme Shri Aloke Mookherjea, Chairman Emeritus, Flaktwoods & Prof Manoshi Roychowdhury, Co-Chairperson, Techno India Group inaugurated the program with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp.
There were interesting topics discussed in the sessions by Shri Gautam Mohan Chakrabarti who spoke on Leadership In Public Administration, Dr Rupali Basu discussed ‘My Leadership Journey-If I Can, You Can’ and Mr Sandipan Chakravortty concluded the session by speaking about Emerging Corporate Leadership.
