Telangana Governor honours Dr. Chandrakant Agarwal, President of Thalassemia & Sickle Cell Society with Prestigious AGRA RATNA AWARD

 

Hyderabad : In a remarkable and heart-warming ceremony organised by Agarwal Samaj on the occasion of 5147th birth anniversary of Agrasen Maharaj at Classic Convention Three, Shamshabad, the honourable Governor of Telangana, Dr.Tamilisai Soundararajan, felicitated Dr. Chandrakant Agarwal, President of the Thalassemia and Sickle Cell Society, with the prestigious AGRA RATNA award. This esteemed recognition serves as a testament to Dr. Chandrakant Agarwal and team TSCS’s unwavering dedication to the cause of eradicating thalassemia and sickle cell diseases, a mission that has touched the lives of countless individuals.

Thalassemia and sickle cell diseases are genetic blood disorders that pose significant challenges to affected individuals and their families. Dr. Chandrakant Agarwal, as the President of the Thalassemia and Sickle Cell Society, has been at the forefront of raising awareness, providing support, and driving research initiatives to combat these diseases.

Dr. Chandrakant Agarwal expressed his gratitude for the recognition and shared his vision for a world free of these debilitating diseases.
