The 13th edition of DIDAC INDIA 2023, Asia’s largest and India’s only Exhibition and Conference for Education and Skilling kicks off in Bengaluru today
Bengaluru : DIDAC India 2023, the 13th edition of Asia’s largest and India’s only Exhibition and Conference for Education and Skilling Resources organized by the India Didactics Association (IDA), kicked off at Bangalore International Exhibition Centre (BIEC) today. This event is hosted and partnered by the Department of Education, Government of Karnataka. Hon’ble Minister for Primary & Secondary Education, Government of Karnataka Shri Madhu Bangarappa, along with distinguished Ministers and Bureaucrats representing various countries and Indian states graced the occasion. The participating countries encompassed Armenia, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Cambodia, Brunei, Finland, Laos, Malaysia, Maldives, Mauritius, Nauru, Oman, Papa New Guinea, Sierra Leone, and Turkiye. Additionally, representatives from the Indian States of Arunachal Pradesh, Gujarat, Karnataka, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Meghalaya, and Telangana were present at the Event
DIDAC India – is the only annual exhibition and conference for education and skilling resources covering all levels of the Education and Training Sector. This 13th edition of the Exhibition and Conference marks the dynamic convergence of education leaders, policymakers, and industry experts. Simultaneously, the event hosted The International Education and Skills Summit (TIESS) alongside Live Interactive IDA Connect Workshops.
Spanning three days, it brings together the brightest minds and thought leaders in transformative discussions and interactive workshops.
Speaking at the event, Shri Madhu Bangarappa, Hon’ble Minister for Primary & Secondary Education, Government of Karnataka said, “In a crucial gathering for the Education Sector, this Summit, DIDAC India 2023 stands as a fundamental milestone with the active participation of education ministers and bureaucrats from 15 countries and the Government of Karnataka is in talks with them on several educational initiatives. Facilitating a dynamic exchange of ideas, this Summit charts the course for the future of global education. However, the true measure of success lies in translating the insights gained into actionable initiatives within our schools and universities nationwide, and we plan to implement them in the coming days across the State.” He also added, “By fostering the exchange of teaching methodologies, this Summit is a key driver in ensuring global parity in education. At the same time, our government is working towards making education universally accessible. We wish to extend the mantle of equal education to students across government, private, and aided institutions, thereby shaping a future where education knows no bounds.”
