A.M. Beijing, Associate Professor of the Department of Philosophy and Cultural Studies, gave a lecture on the history of the Russian coat of arms;
L.I. Kabanova, professor of the Department of Philosophy and Culturology, gave a lesson on the specifics of philosophical knowledge, where they talked about the humanitarian sphere in philosophy.
The Institute of Biology, Ecology and Agrotechnology has prepared a series of mini-classes for the participants of the Science Week:
Associate professors of the Department of Animal Science, Fish Farming, Agronomy and Land Management L.A. Kuznetsov and A. Yu. Volkova revealed the secrets of the harvest at the lesson “How to get a big harvest?” and introduced the cadets to the fish wealth of Karelia;
Associate professors of the Department of Botany and Plant Physiology A.V. Sonina and S.A. Trofimova conducted classes on lichens and other useful plants, and V.I. Androsov and A.A. Starodubtseva revealed the secrets of scientific experiments in the class “Entertaining plant physiology” ;
L.A. Sergienko, professor of the department. botany and physiology of plants, presented the film “Karelia to the present day: the White Sea”, and N.V. Grishina, associate professor of the department. zootechnics, fish farming, agronomy and land management, she told the cadets about entertaining aquarism;

A series of master classes from the Institute of Forestry, Mining and Construction Sciences ended the Science Week at the Petrozavodsk Presidential Cadet School. This year Science Week was very busy and large-scale, everything went well, but, unfortunately, for reasons beyond our control, the day of sports, prepared by the Institute of Physical Culture, Sports and Tourism, did not take place. We will be happy to hold all the planned large-scale sports events for the cadets, especially since the school’s management promised to hold our large sports event at another time with fun starts, games and quizzes.
