The Yoga Institute Mumbai launches free program for COVID patients’ speedy recovery

Mumbai: The world’s oldest organized centre of Yoga, The Yoga Institute, Santacruz East, Mumbai, has launched a very special, free yoga program exclusively for COVID patients to assist them in their speedy recovery so they can get back on track with their lives.

The unique program was launched on 9th May 2021, and as a hallmark of The Yoga Institute’s total commitment to COVID patients’ recovery, is being delivered in person at the COVID Centre at Kole Kalyan Police Training Centre in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The program comprises of yoga sessions conducted by highly trained Yoga teachers in classical Yoga, who have been certified by The Yoga Institute and have gained hands-on yogic knowledge from none other than Ma Dr. Hansaji Yogendra herself.

This program will cater to not just the physical health needs of COVID recovery patients, but also help them get mentally, emotionally and spiritually stronger.

The Yoga Institute has been at the forefront when it comes to helping and supporting masses during times of need. There have been several free yoga initiatives undertaken by The Yoga Institute with the sole purpose of spreading the goodness and benefits of Yoga to as many people as possible.
