Three-Month JRF-NET Preparation Workshop for Physical Education Students

Aligarh : A free of cost, three-month JRF-NET preparation workshop was organized by Dr. Mohd Arshad Bari, Assistant Professor, Department of Physical Education, Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), commenced on 23 September 2024. The workshop, running until 31 December 2024, aims to equip Physical Education students with the skills and knowledge required to excel in the UGC JRF-NET examination.

At inaugural eremony, the Chief Guest Prof. Zamirullah Khan, applauded Chairman Prof. S. Tariq Murtaza and Dr. Bari for organizing the workshop. He emphasized on guiding students towards academic success and commended the department for offering the workshop free of charge.

Chairman Prof. S. Tariq Murtaza encouraged students and the Organizing Secretary, for conducting regular classes throughout the three-month workshop, calling it an “excellent contribution” to the students’ academic progress.

Dr. S. Khurram Nisar shared his experiences with the UGC JRF-NET examination, stressing the importance of focused preparation and the lasting benefits of achieving JRF-NET qualification.

The program concluded with a vote of thanks by Ms. Shivani Singh, while Mr. Junaid Ahmad Parrey conducted the proceedings.
