Tibbiya College to promote collaborative research

Aligarh: Dawakhana Tibbiya College, Aligarh Muslim University organised an interactive session to explore the possibility of collaborative research between Dawakhana Tibbiya College (DTC), Ajmal Khan Tibbiya College (AKTC) and allied departments of the University. Chairmen of all department of AK Tibbiya College and other related department attended the programme.

Welcoming the guests, Prof Mrs Salma Ahmed Member-in-Charge, stressed the need for cooperation in academic and clinical research.

Prof Saud Ali Khan (Principal, AKTC) highlighted the objectivity of the joint initiative while Prof Mohammad Muhiul Haque Siddiqui, Dean, Faculty of Unani Medicine focused on the need for undertaking result oriented research and development exercises to improve quality of products and increase revenue of Dawakhana.

Prof Qayyum Husain, Dean, Faculty of Life Sciences presided over the interactive session.

Mr Shariq Azam, Assistant Manager (Marketing) proposed a vote of thanks.
