TLSC Kangan organizes awareness programme on Environmental protection

GANDERBAL : The Tehsil Legal Services Committee (TLSC) Kangan in collaboration with Government Boys Higher Secondary School Gund and Police administration today organized an awareness programme on Environmental protection at Government Boys Higher Secondary School Gund, here.

Kartar Singh, Chairman Tehsil Legal Services Committee Kangan, Tehsildar Gund, Javid Iqbal, Senior Prosecuting Officer, Mir Farooq Ahmad, SHO Gund, Incharge Legal Aid TLSC Kangan, Peer Abdul Hakeem, PLVs of Tehsil Legal Services Committee Kangan, Incharge Principal Government Boys Higher Secondary School Gund Staff members from Government Boys and Girls Higher Secondary Schools Kangan participated in the said awareness programme.

A large number of students from various educational institutes of the area also participated in the debate competition and shared their views on given topic.

Chairman Tehsil Legal Services Committee Kangan, Senior prosecuting Officer Munsiff court Kangan and Incharge Principal Government Boys Higher Secondary School Gund also shared their valuable views on environment protection.

A prize distribution ceremony was also held at the end of programme and prizes were distributed among the position holders.

Meanwhile, a plantation drive was also held at the end of programme where some Deodar plants were planted by the Chief Guest and other dignitaries.
