Toprankers introduces new initiatives to boost diversity and inclusion
New Delhi : Many people with disabilities continue to face difficulties in finding employment, despite the marked improvement after the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 was enacted. Considering the same, Toprankers, India’s leading digital education platform has recently hired specially abled employees. Additionally, as a part of the employee welfare initiative for its female employees, Toprankers has announced a one-day menstrual leave every month for its full-time female employees across the country.
With these two initiatives in place, Toprankers aims to improve diversity and inclusivity in its workforce. The company has always believed in giving equal opportunity to all segments of society and has actively promoted diversity in its hiring practices.
