Training programme concludes
ALIGARH: A two-week training programme in “Autodesk Revit and BIM software”, organized by the Department of Architecture, Z.H. College of Engineering and Technology, Aligarh Muslim University, concluded here Friday. The programme was organized in collaboration with the Heritage Cell, AMU and a number of participants from other departments and universities attended the training.
Addressing the valedictory session, the chief guest and Dean, Faculty of Engineering and Technology, Prof. Mohammad Altamush Siddiqui, distributed certificates to the participants and felicitated the resource person, Ar. Mohd Ikhtair Alam with a memento.
Prof. Mohd Khalid Hassan, Chairman of the department highlighted the importance of the Revit and BIM software and the need for using it to upgrade the professional expertise in architecture.
In his valedictory remarks, Prof. Mohammad Farhan Fazli, Convener, Heritage Cell said such trainings should be conducted in the department to train students and help them achieve professional excellence.
