Truflo by Hindware partners with Indian Plumbing Skills Council (IPSC) for IndiaSkills Competition 2021
· Truflo by Hindware felicitates Plumbing & Heating winners at IndiaSkills with multi-level industry training and a visit to their state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in Telangana
· There were a total of 29 regional winners out of which 9 qualified for the final round
· The top 9 National Plumbing & Heating finalists are from the region of Kerala, Mizoram, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Odisha, and Andaman
New Delhi: Truflo by Hindware, a leading PVC pipes and fittings company partnered with Indian Plumbing Skills Council (IPSC) for the IndiaSkills Competition 2021, the country’s biggest skill competition. The event was organized by National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), the nodal agency for skill and entrepreneurship development, working under the guidance of the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE). The winners were felicitated by Rajesh Aggarwal, Secretary, Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE), Government of India.
The 9 National Plumbing & Heating finalists at IndiaSkills Nationals will get multi-level industry training through boot camps and programmes such as project-based training, industry training and corporate training as well. Additionally, Truflo is offering a visit to their state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in Telangana. Truflo will impart training on modern plumbing methods and help the plumbers learn about new products and the optimum installation practices.

The top 9 national finalists across different regions are, Adarsh C S from Kerala, Albert Lalfakawma from Mizoram, Arjun Mogare and Hanif Belim from Maharashtra, Mantu Gupta from Uttar Pradesh, Srimanto Das from Andaman, Rinki Mahato, and Subrat Kumar from Odisha and Pragadeeshwaran RJ from Tamil Nadu. At the end of the final round, Adarsh CS from Kerala won the Gold medal whereas Pragadeeshwaran from Tamil Nadu and Subrat Kumar from Odisha won the silver and bronze medals respectively.
The three-day competition saw 500+ participants from 26 states/ union territories. The winner and runners-up from the IndiaSkills Nationals will be undergoing further training for World Skills Competition, Shanghai to be held in October 2022 where one of the competitors will be representing India for the Trade of Plumbing & Heating.
