“Two-day International Conference organized by Sanskriti University on “Innovations in Learning Experience & Opportunities”
New Delhi: Sanskriti University’s School of Education conducted a Two-day International Conference on “Innovations in Learning Experiences & Opportunities”. Prof Sajid Jamal (DOE, AMU, Aligarh), Prof Mohd Muzammil (Former VC of Dr BR Ambedkar University, Agra), Dr Chandra Pal Singh Chauhan (former Dean, AMU, Aligarh) were present as key speakers of the Conference. The conference was designed for Research Scholars, Indian and foreign delegates from various Academic Institutions and Universities. Large number of faculty members, researchers, and students participated in the conference from different colleges and universities.
Addressing the conference, Prof Mohd Muzammil (Former VC of Dr BR Ambedkar University, Agra), said “Educators around the world are using the power of technology to drive greater student-teacher engagement, promoting newer ways of learning, and transforming the learning experience for students. Innovation in learning informs everything we do, in the classroom and beyond. Faculty members shared their expertise in teaching, business and industry to deliver impactful learning experiences. Without innovation, we will always be stuck in the same old frame of learning. It is the need of hour to innovate to move on. We should try to innovate the new learning methods, or ways so that we can also move forward with time.”
The theme of the conference was divided into 8 sub-theme as innovation in learning, virtual learning. learning through shadow education, web-based learning, project-based learning, cooperative learning, socio-economic development through innovations in learning, any other sub-theme related to the main theme.
Prof. Dr. Rana Singh, Vice-Chancellor of the University addressed the important issue of outcome based approach, effectiveness and necessity of experiential learning in today’s time and said ” this conference aimed to focus on providing world class education with focus on research and innovation in the educational system with a blended mode of delivery using digital solutions to bring a paradigm shift’.
