Two-day U.S.-India Defense Ties Conference concluded

New Delhi: The two-day U.S.-India Defense Ties Conference concluded on Thursday with keynote addresses by Mr. Mekapati Goutham Reddy – Minister for Industries, Commerce, and Information Technology, Government of Andhra Pradesh and Mr. Joel Reifman. The highlights of the two-day Conference include key-note addresses by Mr. Joel Starr, Deputy Assistant Secretary from the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Political-Military Affairs, Mr. K.T. Rama Rao, Minister for Information Technology and Municipal Administration, Government of Telangana, Captain Daniel E. Fillion (US Navy), Chief Office of Defence Cooperation, U.S. Embassy New Delhi and other dignitaries from various U.S. and Indian government agencies, think tanks and representatives of several US and Indian companies. The conference held at Taj Krishna witnessed presentations from several defence startup companies.
