Two-days international meeting of Women 20 organized under G-20 in Jaipur concluded today

The two-days international meeting of Women 20 organized under G-20 in Jaipur concluded today. The second day of the meet began with a yoga session. This was followed by a session on Grassroot Leadership and Entrepreneurship, in which various speakers presented their views.
The session was also addressed by Minister of State for Railways and Textiles Darshana Jardosh. In her address, Mrs Jardosh said that the need of the hour is to empower women economically, socially and politically.
She also discussed in detail about the steps taken in this regard by the Central Government in the past few years. This meeting focused on the theme of “Women Led Development Leverage Women’s Untapped Potential to Accelerate Inclusive and Sustainable Future.”
India’s W20 agenda focuses on five key priorities: Women’s Entrepreneurship, Grassroot Women’s Leadership, Bridging the Gender Digital Divide, Education & Skill Development and Climate Change.
