Two remote sensing students qualify GATE

ALIGARH : Two postgraduate students of the Interdisciplinary Department of Remote Sensing and GIS Applications, Aligarh Muslim University have qualified the prestigious Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) in Geomatics Engineering conducted by the Indian Institute of Sciences (IISc), Bengaluru.
Dr Haris Hasan Khan, Chairman, said that that the two students, Sana Parveen (AIR 152) and Asdaf ur Rehman (AIR 504) secured good ranks in GATE, which is commendable and reflective of their hard work and able guidance by their teachers.
