Udhampur: ADDC conducts physical verification of dev works

UDHAMPUR: District Concurrent Audit Team (DCAT) Udhampur today conducted physical verification of works executed under languishing projects in the District.

Led by Additional District Development Commissioner, Kanta Devi, the team verified two projects of JPDCL viz. Jakhani back feeder and Jaganoo feeder and one project of PWD (R&B) Improvement of road from Ice factory to village Chakhar.

The ADDC stressed upon the concerned authorities to speed up the pace of work on the power projects taken up in the district, and ensure the completion within the stipulated period. The ADDC directed the concerned to conduct joint inspection of identified villages to assess the requirements on ground so that they could be taken on priority.

Member Secretary DSEO, other members and officers of the concerned departments accompanied the ADDC.
