UNESCO announces the launch of SimuED 2.0 with improvements to the code and new additional features

UNESCO today announced the launch of an updated version of its simulation model, SimuED 2.0. The new version, is a revised one with additional features based on user’s feedback.

Some of the new features include additinoal Student and Personnel modules to select from the ‘library’, allowing the use of the model for any subsector of the education system. The user now can define all cost variables with the possibility to define the programs and budgets lines in the ‘financing sheet’ according to their financial structure. Additionally, in the ‘menu’, a new feature has been added, presenting a visual evolution of the variables to be displayed.
