Union Minister Anurag Singh Thakur said the Centre’s Startup scheme has benefitted the youth very much

Information and Broadcasting and Sports & Youth Affairs Minister Anurag Singh Thakur today said the Centre’s Startup scheme has benefitted the youth very much.
Addressing the convocation of Om Sterling Global University at Hisar, Mr. Thakur said, now 110 startups in the country have got the status of Unicorn. Mr. Thakur distributed degrees to students and prayed for a better future.
The Minister also inaugurated Community Radio Station ‘Bhavyavani’ 90.0 at the University. Mr. Thakur said Youth is the growth engine of India while India is the growth engine of the world.
In the convocation, 815 students got their degrees and diplomas and four outstanding students were awarded with gold medals. The Minister also visited the Hisar Doordarshan Kendra and inspected the various units of the Kendra.
