Universal Business School launches the Center for Effective Leadership

To be offered in 2021 as an executive development program (EDP), final year MBA students will also benefit from the same.

The COVID pandemic has highlighted the importance of effective leadership. Those organisations where the leadership was able to adapt quickly have survived this most difficult phase. Leadership strategies could range from candid, open honest conversations, to making sensitive self-disclosures thereby enhancing the authenticity of their interpersonal interactions to widening the factors that contribute to decision-making.
