Universal Business School & PSI Caliper, USA announce Research Project on Key Leadership Traits of India’s Top 100 Women in leadership across fields
On the occasion of International Women’s Day on March 8, Universal Business School, a premier institute of management studies at the graduate and undergraduate level announced a unique research project in collaboration with PSI Caliper, a global leader in workforce solutions with one of the largest psychometric tools, which will work with India’s top 100 women leaders to identify their key leadership traits.
As a part of this six-monthly project, women in leadership positions from diverse fields such as public affairs, corporate sector, sports, entertainment, education, philanthropy, arts will be interviewed to understand their most significant attributes, qualities, skills, and mindsets which make them successful.
“We believe that it is about time that we give women their true place in the business ecosystem. Towards this it is critical to understand the underlying factors and opportunities that need to be provided to ensure women have a clear pathway to success. This research will become a template which can be used to nurture the next generation of women talent to facilitate their empowerment and growth to the top,” said Tarun Anand, Chairman & Founder, Universal Business School.
These women leaders would be requested to take the Caliper assessment tool known as the global psychometric of leadership. The tool will highlight the key traits these women leaders have in common. The reports would be fully confidential for every leader and only the common findings (without identifying individuals) would be published.
“The project report would also be available for further research. Our students will be part of the interviewing team supporting the research tools employed with PSI Caliper,” added Puneet Rathi, Director, Consulting, Universal Business School.
