University of Amsterdam: Exhibition ‘Back to the Foodure’ on Science Park campus

The solution was first tested on a small scale and tweaked after evaluating both the intended and possible unintended effects. Based on their final results, the teams jointly created two pages of a large cookbook that has been prepared for the exhibition Back to the Foodure, ​​​​​​​organised by the University Library in cooperation with the Allard Pierson Museum.

The book can be admired at four different library locations, including Science Park on the first floor in the main hall. On 17 February,​​​​​​​ Big Night, a movie about food as a language – with which one can speak to the gods, create, seduce and strive for perfection – will be shown. And in the week of 21 February, there will be a tasting in the canteen downstairs.
