University of Bristol: Bristol ranked as UK’s 17th best university in new league table

The league table ranks 130 UK institutions based on ten measures, including entry standards, graduate prospects, research quality and intensity and student to staff ratios.

It also looks at spending on academic services and student facilities.

Released today, the Guide ranked the University of Oxford as the UK’s number one institution, after a decade in which the University of Cambridge domianted the top spot.

Later this week the QS will publish its World University Rankings 2022, which includes a league table of UK universities.
