University of Helsinki: Main Building of the University and Unioninkatu 35 to be lit in the colours of the Ukrainian flag on 25 February

As a demonstration of support, the Main Building of the University and Unioninkatu 35 will be lit in the colours of the Ukrainian flag today.

“We are an international and multicultural community. We support all the members of the University community in times of crisis regardless of their nationality, Ukrainian and Russian students and staff alike,” says Rector Sari Lindblom.

All Ukrainian degree and exchange students studying at the University of Helsinki as well as Ukrainian employees of the University have been personally contacted to offer them support.
