University of Mannheim: Counseling on problem and stress management
The last part of the course is – especially after a challenging time under pandemic conditions – a phase that can bring further turbulence due to the impending new beginning. Be it worries about the future, the feeling of stress and being overwhelmed, an inadequate work-life balance or even loneliness in Corona times – it is often helpful to address these or similar concerns in a protected environment and to receive support for positive changes.
From July 2022, the Psychological Outpatient Clinic at the University of Mannheim will be offering free individual advice on these topics for students in the final phase of their studies. The counseling sessions are conducted by psychology students who have been trained in specific counseling skills. Licensed psychological psychotherapists in the outpatient clinic guide the offer and supervise the counselling.
